The Master 18 subwoofers were developed as the perfect complement to our 18 Signature speakers. They offer the same speed, power and extreme dynamics as our 18 Signature. We have developed a custom design specifically for the 18 Signature with very large bass horn output and an extended backloaded horn that blends seamlessly with the main speakers in both frequency range and phase response. All these aspects dramatically enhance and improve the musical experience.The Master 18 woofers transform our 18 Signature loudspeaker into a true concert experience you could never have imagined.

The Master woofer Design

In terms of design, the Master subwoofer largely corresponds to our loudspeaker models, but with a horn loading and horn opening/bass opening at the front. The front facing bass port enables direct coupling to the room and the entire system. 
Thanks to a defined horn length and horn opening, the Master Subwoofer has the design finesse to ensure optimal time axis for both systems.

Equipped with two powerful 18-inch bass drivers per channel and active amplification with 1600W per channel. With the Master Subwoofer, your 18 Signature speaker will experience such a significant improvement in low bass in larger rooms that your system will be elevated to a whole new level of sound quality.
The Master 18 is most efficient up to 150Hz. With the deepest sub-bass down to the lowest bass frequencies, powerful, fast, defined, and individually adjustable, your system will sound so much bigger and more open, creating an unimaginably large sound stage. Available in two configurations - active with an integrated Class D amplifier solution as standard, or passive for use with an external solid state amplifiers including DSP such as symmetrical connection. With integrated volume control on each side, your system can be fine-tuned with extreme precision.
